A new software update is now rolling out to Google's lineup of Pixel smartphones. According to a report from Droid Life, Google has released the Android 17 QPR2 Beta 6 build for participating Pixel devices.
Quarterly Platform Release (QPR) beta updates typically serve to refine system stability, resolve persistent bugs, and improve overall device performance ahead of a finalized public release. This latest beta iteration continues that testing cycle for beta-enrolled users.
Eligible Pixel owners enrolled in the beta testing program should see the over-the-air (OTA) update arriving on their devices, or they can manually check for availability through their system settings menu.
