Apple's FaceTime is no longer strictly off-limits to Android users. Thanks to web-based support, non-Apple device owners can now participate in FaceTime calls without facing the platform's traditional hardware restrictions.

The process removes typical setup barriers. Android users do not need to download an application, nor are they required to register for an Apple account. Instead, calls can be accessed directly through a standard web browser on their device.

To join a session, an Apple device user simply creates and shares a direct call link. Once the Android participant opens the link and receives host approval, they can jump right into the audio and video stream.
