Samsung has updated its Sleep Coach feature by reducing the minimum amount of sleep data required to get started with personalized guidance.

The feature, part of Samsung's wellness tracking tools, helps users evaluate their rest habits and follow guided programs to improve their sleep quality. Previously, users had to log a set number of nights before the feature could generate a coaching profile, but the lowered threshold makes those insights available much faster.

This change should make sleep tracking more accessible and forgiving, particularly for newcomers or users who do not consistently wear their wearable devices to bed every night.
