Google Wallet has officially expanded its digital identification features, adding support for driver's licenses and state IDs for residents of Oklahoma. Android users in the state can now store a digitized version of their official credential directly on their smartphones.

With this update, eligible users can keep their state-issued identification alongside credit cards, passes, and transit tickets in the Google Wallet app. Once added, the digital ID can be presented at select locations and checkpoints that accept mobile driver's licenses.

This rollout continues Google's gradual expansion of state ID support across the United States. To set up the feature, users typically need a compatible Android smartphone and must complete a verification process to securely link their physical license to the app.
