Apple users preparing for the launch of iOS 27 early next week may not get the complete experience right out of the gate. According to a report from MacRumors, two planned features will not be ready in time for Monday's scheduled release.

Phased rollouts have become increasingly common with major smartphone operating system updates. While the core update is set to reach supported devices as planned, unready features are routinely pushed back to subsequent point releases to allow for further testing and refinement.

Eligible iPhone users will still be able to install the latest software upgrade on launch day to access the primary improvements and refinements included in the initial build.
