WhatsApp is preparing to introduce a new birthday reminder feature for iOS devices, according to a report from Aaj News. The update aims to help users celebrate and connect with friends and family by notifying them of upcoming birthdays directly inside the messaging platform.
The feature is expected to be housed within the Contacts tab on iPhone. This native integration should make it easier to view upcoming celebrations and quickly send greetings without having to rely on external calendar apps or reminders.
While the exact release schedule and rollout timeline for all users have not been fully detailed, the addition represents ongoing improvements to contact management within WhatsApp on iOS.
Please check the original report by Aaj News for full details on the feature.
