Xiaomi has expanded its connected home portfolio with the announcement of the Smart Camera 5 Pro. The newly introduced device aims to deliver more comprehensive surveillance options for modern households.
A standout feature of the new model is its full-night color capability. Rather than relying solely on traditional black-and-white infrared imaging in dark environments, the camera is designed to maintain colorful, clear footage even under low-light conditions.
Alongside enhanced nighttime imaging, the Smart Camera 5 Pro introduces dedicated pet tracking. This intelligent functionality helps users monitor their pets by automatically detecting and tracking animal movement within the camera's field of view.
